Key responsibilities, skills & experience

• Identifying and loading the substrates onto the presses.
• Inserting and removing rotary die cutting tools.
• Setting the print correctly to meet quality standards.
• Colour matching
• Continuous quality monitoring
• Operating the presses to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved while minimising waste.
• Completing all required paperwork.
• Always working in a safe manner and reporting any issues.
• Ensure that all duties are undertaken in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Being able to take on any duties as required to meet the needs of the business
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
  • A logical thinker.
  • Pro-active with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Able to recognise good quality and deal accordingly with any fluctuations from this.
  • Able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team.
  • Willing to contribute to the continuous improvement activities.
  • Effective with communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Confident with their numerical skills.
