Production Operator - TCY Case Maker

Job description

RH Fibreboard Containers Ltd is looking for a Production Operator to safely and efficiently operate a TCY Case Maker machine, producing high-volume, high-quality corrugated boxes while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities, skills and experience

• Set up and operate the TCY Case Maker machine safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, job instructions, product specifications and safe working methods at all times.
• Monitor machine performance, production output and product quality throughout each production run.
• Carry out quality checks and identify defects, machine issues or process concerns promptly.
• Complete production records, job paperwork and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe machine area.
• Report safety, quality, material, machine or maintenance issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and customer deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
• Previous machine operating, case maker, corrugated packaging or manufacturing experience is desirable.
