Back in November, Goonvean Group were delighted to be involved in the 2025 Notty’s business awards. We sponsored the award for Engineering Excellence – a new award for 2025.
The Notty’s
The Notty’s were born from a desire to create an accessible, meaningful business awards event in the South West. The Notty’s are rooted in integrity, with each award independently judged by a diverse panel of industry experts.
Businesses do not need to sponsor anything, buy a winner’s logo, or even attend the awards ceremony to win a Notty’s award. All a business has to do is enter and put their best foot forward. If they win, they will receive an award whether they are able to attend the ceremony or not.
With awards for all sorts of different categories – from construction and hospitality, to marketing and technology – the Notty’s celebrate the achievements and success stories of businesses throughout the South West.
The award for Engineering Excellence
As advocates for engineering talent in the South West, Goonvean Group were proud to sponsor the Notty’s award for Engineering Excellence.
Newly introduced for 2025, this award celebrates, “The engineers, manufacturers and recyclers who tackle complex challenges with creativity and skill.”
The award was won by worthy winners Teignbridge Propellers. A South West based company, Teignbridge are the largest manufacturers of quality propellers and sterngear in Europe. After a fantastic year of business and delivering engineering expertise, Teignbridge thoroughly deserved this award.
